📄 Refund Policy (M25 Graphic)

This policy is provided in accordance with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014) and the Ministry of Commerce & Industry regulations.

1. Digital Stationery Goods

• All sales of digital downloads are final.
• No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are available once files have been delivered, except if the file is defective or corrupted.
• If a defective file is received, you must notify us within 7 days, and we will provide a corrected version.

2. Physical Stationery Supplies

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods and issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, notify us within 7 days with proof (photos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Exclusions

• Customized or personalized stationery items are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance outside Kuwait.
