Digital Stationery Goods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All sales of digital downloads are\u00a0<strong>final<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are available once files have been delivered, except if the file is defective or corrupted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a defective file is received, you must notify us within\u00a0<strong>7 days<\/strong>, and we will provide a corrected version.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Physical Stationery Supplies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are accepted within\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods and issued to the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, notify us within\u00a0<strong>7 days<\/strong>\u00a0with proof (photos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
